Cont:ACTING is a new 12-week actor training programme coming to Contact in October 2024.

You will have a different industry professional each week running an acting masterclass in their area of specialism for the first 8 weeks.

These sessions will include: devising, physical theatre, clowning, script work, multi-disciplinary theatre, solo theatre making and more!

For the next 3 sessions you will create your own performance, using the skills you have learnt, to then perform in a showcase during session 12.

Cont:ACTING sessions will take place at Contact every Friday evening between Friday 4th October 2024 and Friday 20th December 2024.

4pm - 5.30pm - 11 – 17 yr olds

6pm - 8pm - 18 – 30 yr olds

As with all of our programmes, this is completely free to access. There will be space for x15 participants in each group and this will be decided on a first come first basis. We will then be repeating this programme again in the new year, so if you miss out this time you can sign up for the next one. We will get in touch with you to let you know whether you have a place or not.
