About Big Banquet: Morning Rave

Start your day the right way and join us for a morning rave!

Forget sweaty strangers and overpriced beer, our morning rave is a joyful, energetic space to explore movement with other open-minded people.

Our Morning Rave will be a fun fusion of yoga, dance and free-flowing movement - all ages & abilities are welcome to come and start your day with a stretch and a smile!
