Booking is available 24/7 online, but please email us if you need further information on booking your tickets at Contact: boxoffice@contactmcr.com

Please be aware, if you have a digital ticket, you do not need to attend our box office.

Contact's Opening Hours

  • Contact's box office is open from Tuesday - Saturday, 12pm to 10pm.
  • Contact's building is open to the public Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 10pm. Please note, we are closed on Mondays.
  • ARMR Cafe and Kitchen is open to the public Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm, and until 6.30pm on show days. ARMR are also open on Saturdays on show days only.

Please note, these opening hours are subject to change in line with bank holidays and performance dates.

Festive Opening Times at Contact

During the festive period, we'll be operating normal opening hours aside from the following dates:

  • Sunday 10 Dec: 10am – 8pm
  • Sunday 17 Dec: 10am – 8pm
  • Sunday 24 Dec: 10am – 2.30pm
  • Monday 25 Dec: Closed
  • Tuesday 26 Dec: 2pm – 8pm
  • Sunday 31 Dec: 1.30pm – 8pm
  • Monday 1 Jan: Closed

January Opening Times at Contact

After an amazing Autumn Season and busy festive period, the Contact castle needs some time to rest and will re-open with regular opening hours on Tuesday 16 January.
