About Boiling Point - Men's Event

Elmi Ali will host a specially curated conversation with guest artists, creatives and audience members at ‘the kitchen table or living room.’

“It’s not a panel, it’s a gathering.”

Around a table, conversation unfolds on the state of our world: its fractures, its politics, its possibilities.

With the kettle boiling and the table filling, truths are spoken as they are at home, honestly, sometimes heatedly, sometimes tender. By the end, the table opens out, and you may find yourself becoming part of the live conversation.

You go from audience to panel member.

This talk will cover sensitive topics and include opportunities for audience discussion.
This space is designed to create a comfortable sharing opportunity for men, including trans men, and those who are gender non-conforming.

For both of these events we ask that you respect the intention to create a comfortable space for the discussion and attend the space that you feel  best represents you.
If you’d like to join the women's event instead, you can book it here.
