Arrival

Upon arrival speak with the welcome team at the reception desk. They will direct you to your Space/s where the event will be delivered.

Space 0

Located on the ground floor by the café/bar.

Space 1

Entrance via the main doors on Level 1. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

Space 2

Entrance on level 2. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

Space 3

Entrance on level 2. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

Space 4

Entrance on level 2. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

Meeting Room

Entrance via the main doors on Level 1. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

Media Lounge

Entrance via the main doors on Level 1. Accessible by stairs and a lift.

On-site catering

Our Café and Bar will be open throughout the day, please see our menus and opening hours on our website here. We do accept re-usable coffee cups at our café if you choose to bring one in with you.

Break locations

Please feel free to stay in your booked space for breaks. Alternatively, you are welcome to use the upper foyer on level 1 as a picnic area. Please note that the ground floor table space is reserved for Contact Bar and Kitchen customers.

Water

A fountain is located on level 2 in the corridor between the entrances to Space 3 and Space 4 for those who wish to bring their re-usable water bottles.

Waste bins

Rubbish, mixed recyclables and food waste bins are available in the first-floor foyer.

Toilets

Male and Female toilets are available on the ground floor, gender neutral on the 1st floor and accessible toilets are available on the ground floor, the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Health and Safety

Evacuation

We do not have any fire drill planned for the day of your event. If you hear an alarm please follow the advised evacuation procedures. The meeting point for an evacuation is in the car park just next to the main entrance to Contact.

First Aid

In the event of an accident or injury please inform your facilitators or a member of the Contact Front of House team. We do have first-aiders on-site if needed.

Quiet Room / Prayer Room

Level 2 has a dedicated ‘Contemplation Room’ that can be available if requested.
