The programme includes 20 hours of workshops, alongside opportunities to shadow and support the delivery of sessions. 

Participants learn how to design, plan, and deliver their own music workshops for young people. The training also covers self-employment skills, including guidance on finding work, managing finances, tax returns, and understanding invoices and contracts. 

In addition, participants complete safeguarding training as part of the programme. 

This cycle of the programme has now concluded, but we would encourage you to look out for the next cycle, with recruitment expected to begin in July.
