Join us as poets from The Griot Gang Collective come together for a night of live spoken word, where each person steps up to share their craft and compete for the Poetry Place Slam Championship.
Each poet will have 3 minutes in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. At the end of the night, one poet will be crowned the winner. Come through for the words, the atmosphere, and to support live pure poetry.
The event will be headlined by London legend, spoken word artist, the master of wordplay and lyricism and retired battle rapper, Moak.
