About Music for Wellbeing
Across October, Contact is offering a series of four, free-to-access Music for Wellbeing Sessions, specifically aimed at artists, freelancers and facilitators between the ages of 18 and 30.
As Arts professionals, we spend so much time thinking about the wellbeing of our participants or other artists that we collaborate with, and often don’t get a chance to stop and focus on our own wellbeing. These sessions will allow you to take some time out and use music to find a sense of fun, play and connection to others.
Our brilliant music therapist in residence, gifted to us by Nordoff and Robbins, will be running these sessions.
