About Face Festival: Hip Hop Magic
Join us for an electrifying evening celebrating hip hop and theatre through movement, music, and storytelling. Hip Hop Magic showcases community, youth, and professional artists creating new and original works that blend breaking, performance, and creativity!
This evening of theatre opens a weekend of major dance events across the city, with battles in Hip Hop dance styles taking over Harpurhey Neighbourhood Project (Sat 15th) and Manchester Arndale (Sun 16th). Come along for the Rotation Dance Exchange weekend, and experience work by the best Hip Hop dancers from around the world.

Face Festival (est. 2017) is a youth & Global Majority led, Greater Manchester-wide international festival, for creatives, cultural leaders, and social entrepreneurs. Year round learning culminates in a 10 day festival, with 7 non-traditional pathways into creative industry careers and leadership, platforming output in Theatre, Film, Music, Festival development, Model United Nations, Techwell, & Rotation Dance Exchange Hub teacher training.
