About Artist Talk - Quarantine
Celebrated artist group Quarantine host a talk on their approach to creating work that brings people together who might not usually share a space – and their latest project, The Questions.
Quarantine is a group of people working together as artists and producers. Like so many other organisations and artists, the company began their life at Contact, when the 3 founding members worked here in the early 90s.... Rule-changing performances like White Trash, Susan & Darren and Something a taxi driver in Liverpool said... were co-produced and first performed here at Contact.
Based in Manchester since 1998 and working all over the world, Quarantine make projects with all kinds of people to talk about everyday life and how we relate to one another.
"Quarantine is a remarkable theatre company that has created a body of beautiful, fragile and authentic work, which finds the extraordinary in the ordinary lives of real people."
