Come and join us for Mixed Movement x Open Floor, our dance jam with live music! At the event dancers improvise solo and in groups, whilst accompanied by musicians making music live.

ABOUT MIXED MOVEMENT
Mixed Movement was a monthly event at Contact before our re-development and, during its time, was the only open stage platform for dancers in Manchester. Its popularity led to weekly dance classes, and the event also toured to other venues in the UK. Mixed Movement aims to bring dance communities together and create new collaborative opportunities by presenting a wide range of dance and music styles.
