Act I & II: Changing Landscapes embraces both Ballet and Contemporary styles. Using the vocabulary of classical ballet and contemporary dance, we move through the seasons to transcend time and explore new beginnings. The second act opens with an exert from Act II of the iconic Romantic ballet, Giselle. We are then immersed in the ancient art of Capoeira, which is accompanied by live music, Contemporary Dance and Neo-Classical Ballet.

Act III: Breaking Ground explore the evolution of Jazz Dance. From its earliest origins in social, theatre, and street settings, we celebrate how the pioneering dance techniques of the past have helped shape, guide and develop today’s cutting-edge choreography and continues to influence and inspire current groundbreaking dance artistesand choreographers. Expect a high-energy fusion of Jazz, Tap, Latin-American and Commercial styles, where traditional techniques meet contemporary styles. There is sure to be something in this diverse programme for everyone!
