Young Identity: One Mic Stand – Online
In April, we hosted the first ever One Mic Stand as an entirely online event, featuring special guests, slam competitors and an interactive audience.
Word of Warning + Contact: Works Ahead 2020
Works Ahead 2020 was moved to an online format, with artist Will Dickie performing a in-progress version of his new work White Sun via livestream on Friday 22 May. The performance is now available to watch on YouTube.
Fuel + Uninvited Guests: Love Letters Straight From Your Heart
This 5* show celebrating the music, dedications and declarations of love ‘toured’ virtually to Contact on Wednesday 27 May to perform for a sell-out Zoom-based audience.
On Sunday 31 May, We joined forces with Young Identity and Manchester City of Literature for a night of spoken word and poetry, celebrating some of our city’s brightest talents, as part of United We Stream GM.
Artist and Academic Kai Syng Tan hosts this online performance lecture to critically and creatively explore leadership – and to think about yourself as a leader. Saturday 19 September.
