Almost all of our digital events are accessed by logging into our website (once on our website you will see the log in icon on the top right) but many of our digital events are free, unticketed and require no log in.

Some of these events will happen via a live stream, and some via Zoom webinar. We also have some events available to watch back on demand.

How to Access Open Live Streams

Please head to the relevant website page for your event to view free and open live-streamed content.

How to Access Ticketed Live Streams

Please log in to your Contact account to view live-streamed content.

You can log in using the button at the top of the page (for mobile users this will be in the menu), or click this link here.

Once logged in, please refresh the page or click the URL on your ticket again to enter the event.

Please ensure you are connected to a stable wifi network to enjoy our live streams.

I have bought a ticket but don’t have a Contact account, how do I access the stream?

Visit the Login page on the Contact Website and press ‘Forgotten your password? Reset Here’. You will then receive a reset password link to your email account.

Help – I’ve forgotten my password!

Click ‘Reset Here’ next to ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the Login page on our website. You will receive an email to reset your password.

I have logged into my account, how do I access the show?

Simply click the Menu, then click the ‘What’s On’ tab, select the show you have booked and click the ‘Access here’ link at the top of the show page.

You will also find the access link in the pre-event email which is sent to all bookers 1 hour before the showtime. If you have booked less than 1 hour before, your link will be in your e-ticket pdf.

I can see the stream page but I can only see a black square box, nothing is playing!

Please click onto the black square and it will start to play at the advertised show start time.

On-Demand Content

I’ve just purchased on-demand content, but can’t log in to access it.

It can take up to five minutes for your access to the content to be processed, so if you can’t log in right away, please wait a few minutes and try again.

Live Zoom Events

The Zoom webinar can be joined via your browser or via the Zoom App.

The events will be exclusively accessible to people who have bought tickets via the Contact website and have an account with us. Follow the link in your pre-event email to the streaming page, then click ‘Login’ and log in to access the stream. Note – if you have only just bought your ticket, it may take up to five minutes for your access to be processed. If you aren’t able to log in right away, please try again.

If you can’t find your pre-event email, remember to check your junk/spam email inbox.

Do I need a Zoom account?

You can join the zoom webinar via your browser without needing to download or sign into Zoom. Please note that some zoom functionality is limited if you are using the browser. You will have the best experience using Zoom via the app.

I’m a Contact Member – how do I access the free events?

You’ll still need to book individual tickets to the events that are free to Contact members. Head to the booking page for the event while logged in, and book your tickets (they’ll come up as free in the booking process.)
