For Women of Colour and Non-Binary People of Colour
Using exercise as a form of self-care and furthering one’s connection and understanding to the body, this workshop creates a space for physical and mental wellbeing through developing physical strength and flexibility. No experience in movement is required.

Women of Colour: refers to people who identify as women who aren’t white. More information here & reference video here
Non-binary: some who does not identify as either male or female and may use the pronouns “them”, “they” and “their”. Reference video here and here

Mele Broomes – Wrapped Up In This
Why not come into our building for the live screen sharing of a 40 minute film, by Mele Broomes sharing on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd of October. Wrapped Up In This is a fictional representation of a caregiver, made from listening and reflecting on the truth of Black womxn. Full info is here.
