Contact is a leading national contemporary theatre and arts organisation based in Manchester, with young people at the heart of everything we do. We work locally, nationally and internationally to provide life-changing opportunities for the next generation of creative leaders, artists and audiences, redefining theatre in the process. We produce and present a professional programme of outstanding performances, events and festivals in our building, surprising places and virtual spaces, for a young and highly diverse audience.

This is an exciting time for Contact, with plans for a £6.5m capital re-development underway which will secure the future of Contact’s vital work with young people across Greater Manchester for the next 20 years and this opportunity will give you a chance to be part of a busy and energetic team at this exciting time in Contact’s history.

This role sits between the marketing department and the box office team giving you an opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of a box office system as well as develop skills in digital marketing and press and PR.

You will be proactive, personable, confident to be an advocate for Contact in any situation and passionate about great customer service.  Problem-solving, a keen desire to learn and ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing role are integral to this role.

Please note this role requires some evening and weekend working.

Salary: £16,879 per annum.

Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week.

Contract: Permanent
