As the Leadership Project Coordinator you will be expected to work closely with young people, across different projects.  You will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, events and identifying suitable mentors and training opportunities to aid their development.

The Leadership Projects Coordinator is an exciting new role, and will work closely with the Leadership Development Manager in delivering a number of different artistic development programmes for young people from across Greater Manchester. This will include our renown arts and social change leadership programme Future Fires.

As the Leadership Project Coordinator you will be expected to work closely with young people, across different projects.  You will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, events and identifying suitable mentors and training opportunities to aid their development.

Salary: £19,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time –  35 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
