As Head of Marketing and Communications you will help this organisation lead significant regional, national and international conversations in performance, youth leadership, diversity and social change. You will join a team that makes new things happen, at ‘one of the 20 theatres in the UK to see before you die’. You will be the catalyst for the amplification of this organisation’s unique and simply incredible stories! In this role you will be tasked with the exciting challenge of developing high-profile press, media and broadcast relationships to ensure effective coverage of the organisation’s unique work whilst continuing to develop and embed the brand and mission statement. Working also to maximise box office sales this role will be varied, exciting and ever-changing.
To be considered for this role you must come to us with a successful track record in devising and implementing effective cross-channel marketing and sales strategies at a senior level with a proven ability to identify and reach new audiences. Digital, media and brand savvy, you will be experienced in leading creative communications campaigns and possess a proven ability to identify new target audiences and reach them effectively through a range of channels. An experienced and inspirational leader, you must excel at working in partnership and be known for your ability to communicate with wide and diverse audiences with ease.
