We are Contact – a theatre and performing arts venue on Manchester’s Oxford Road. We create and produce our own shows, host tours from some of the best theatre companies in the world and develop the next generation of artists, performers and community leaders.

This is an exciting time for Contact as we re-open our theatre in 2021 following major refurbishment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for Event Hosts, who will provide excellent customer service and play a central role in ensuring that all audiences visiting Contact have a memorable, exciting and safe experience.

You should be well informed about all aspects of our activity and communicate confidently to all visitors.

You will have a full understanding of the emergency and evacuation procedures and play a key role in their implementation. This will all be captured in your training session as detailed below.

Overall, you will be working in a fun, fast-paced environment, working on exciting projects and events within a supportive and welcoming team. This role will require you to work evenings & weekends.

Contract: Casual
