We are Contact – a theatre and performing arts venue on Manchester’s Oxford Road.  We create and produce our own shows, host tours from some of the best theatre companies in the world and develop the next generation of artists, performers and community leaders.

When on shift, the Duty Manager will be the public face of Contact, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the welfare of all building occupants, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the building.

At Contact we pride ourselves on creating a safe, comfortable and happy experience for any visitor and the Duty Manager will be at the heart of this welcoming environment.

Please note, the Duty Manager must be available to work evenings & weekends.

Job Title: Duty Manager

Salary: £11 per hour

Hours: Zero-hour

Contract: Casual
