Contact’s anti-racism work is currently undertaken by the Anti-Racism sub-group comprised of core staff and our community engagement consultant, Sharon Raymond. Over the next 3 months, Contact would like to broaden the perspectives in this group, through a process of consultation with a representative group of community members, freelancers and young people.
The consultancy group will play a vital part in informing the organisation’s Anti-Racism Policy.
Contact are actively inviting expressions of interest from applicants who are of global majority heritage. All applicants must be over the age of 18.
Commitment: x 2 sessions of 2 hours (with approx. 1 hour of preoperational time needed before each session), held on:
Tues 4th Oct, 5:30pm- 7:30pm and Tues 8th Nov, 5:30pm- 7:30pm (both sessions at Contact, with a hybrid option available)
Fee Structure: £12.50 per hour x 3 hours per session (including preparation). A total fee of £37.50 per session.
Total fee for both sessions: £75
Setting of consultancy group: The consultancy group will undertake facilitated discussion, (led by an experienced, global majority facilitator). The sessions will be held at Contact, but a hybrid digital option can be made available if required.
