DIGITAL MEDIA WORKSHOPS

Media Drop is a drop-in session where young artists can come to share and develop digital media.

Based in our Media Lounge we work with MCs, Producers, Vocalists, Poets, DJs and other young people who are interested in digital media, film making, blogging, social media and live streaming.

The sessions are quite informal and don’t need much commitment but as with most things the more you put in the more you get out. A lot of the artists who come to the Media Drop use the sessions to meet other artists and collaborate across genres and see it as a safe space to take creative risks and learn from each other as well as the artists who lead the sessions.

During the development of the Media Drop sessions we have worked with artists such as JSD & Nika D (Virus syndicate), Frisko Dan (Pen-ultimate), Skittles, Chimpo, and Strategy (Broke N £nglish) - all of whom have brought their own style and practice through the door with them.

Suitable for ages 15-21.
