Immersive Theatre

Step into a white world unlike any you’ve experienced: a visually stunning immersive promenade performance for audiences of only 25 people. Part travelogue, part forensic reconstruction, Reykjavik is both funny and moving — a unique theatrical experience.

Created in conjunction with neuroscientist Dr Hugo Spiers, Reykjavik is an evocative journey through the architecture of the mind.

Nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Innovation, Edinburgh Festival 2010.

NOTES FOR THE AUDIENCE

Reykjavik is a unique and sensory experience for audiences.
It is a Promenade show, meaning you will be standing, sitting and moving around the theatre at intervals, supported and guided by Shams, our artists in residence.
So that audiences blend into the scenery we will give you light overalls to wear over your everyday clothes.
Please come in trousers and flat shoes for comfort.
The show is 70 minutes long.
