Sparky, is a bright but volatile 15-year-old boy, who is written off at school as a disruptive influence and a lost cause, but when he falls in love with a strange girl called Siouxsie his thoughts become telekinetic. How will he use his newfound superpower – to win her heart, or to take revenge on his classmates and teachers?

Following an award-winning debut in 2010, ThickSkin returns with a magnetic new play featuring a striking mix of multi-media, movement and text.

Developed in association with The Core at Corby Cube, in partnership with Playwrights’ Studio, Scotland and with support from National Theatre of Scotland and The Arches. Part of Made in Scotland 2012.
