Contact has won an Innovation Award at the British Youth Council's Youth On Board awards. The award celebrates new ideas that make a real difference in the way organisations work with young people.
Baba Israel, Contact's artistic director says, 'We are honoured to receive this award from the British Youth Council. Contact works constantly to provide life-changing opportunities for the next generation of creative leaders, artists and audiences.'
Rosina St James, vice chair of participation & development at the British Youth Council said, 'The Youth on Board awards demonstrate just how motivated and inspiring young people can be.
